Owlio Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This document explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, website, integrations, and software services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect
Personal Information: When you register, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, profile photo, business information, team member details, and any other data you voluntarily provide.
Device and Usage Information: We collect information about your device (including model, operating system, and identifiers) and how you interact with the Services. This may include IP address, logs, session data, pages accessed, and feature usage.
Location Data: With your permission, we may collect location data to support features such as geo-tagging captures or mapping. Location usage can be adjusted via device settings.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Our platforms use cookies and similar technologies to analyze user behavior, save preferences, and enhance performance. Browsers generally allow you to control cookie settings.
Third-Party Account or Platform Integrations: If you choose to connect Services to third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google, CRM systems, cloud storage services, or workflow tools), we may access specific information permitted by your authorization settings. The scope of stored or synchronized data depends on the integration and your explicit permission.
-
2. How We Use Your Information
To Provide and Maintain the Services: We process information to deliver functionality, authentication, collaboration, workflow management, notifications, support, and communication services.
To Improve and Personalize User Experience: We analyze usage trends to develop new features, enhance performance, and optimize workflows.
For Communication: We may send service notices, updates, onboarding messages, promotional material, and account-related communications. Notification preferences can be adjusted in settings.
For LinkedIn and Third-Party Lead Integrations: If you authorize an integration with LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms or similar platforms, we will receive, store, and process only the lead data you explicitly consent to share. This information is used solely for routing, CRM workflows, reporting, and internal notifications — not for enrichment, scraping, unsolicited outreach, or automated messaging. Engagement with those leads remains human-initiated and supervised; our platform does not automate outbound communication on LinkedIn, trigger connection requests, or send in-platform messages.
For Security and Legal Compliance: We use collected data to prevent fraud, protect account access, maintain system integrity, enforce Terms of Service, and comply with applicable regulations.
-
3. How We Share Your Information
With Service Providers: We engage cloud hosting, analytics, support, billing, and infrastructure providers. These organizations access data only as needed to perform contracted services.
With Business Partners: We may share aggregated or anonymized insights with partners to improve features or co-develop offerings. Personal information is not disclosed unless you authorize it.
For Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable laws, regulatory requests, or valid legal processes.
In Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale, your data may be transferred. You will be notified of any material ownership changes affecting your rights.
-
4. Data Rights and Control
Access and Correction: You may access, review, update, or correct your information through your account or by contacting us.
Revocation of Integrations and LinkedIn Lead Permissions: You may disconnect third-party integrations (including LinkedIn) at any time. When access is revoked, we immediately stop processing new data from that integration and delete previously synchronized LinkedIn lead data in accordance with this policy and LinkedIn's Lead Sync requirements.
Deletion Requests: You may request deletion of your personal data. We honor deletion requests unless retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
Opt-Out Features: You may disable location tracking, cookie usage, marketing messages, or other optional features through device settings or within your account.
Data Portability: Upon verified request, we will provide a copy of your information in a commonly used, machine-readable format.

5. Data Storage and Security
We apply commercially acceptable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continually evaluate and improve our protective controls.
-
6. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have received information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.
-
7. LinkedIn Lead Sync and API Compliance Statement
When users connect a LinkedIn account and authorize lead synchronization: We access only consented lead data submitted through LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms; We use the information solely for internal CRM workflows, routing, reporting, and supervised follow-up; We do not automate outbound messaging, targeting, or enrichment using LinkedIn data; Users may revoke access at any time, triggering deletion of any synchronized LinkedIn leads; We comply with LinkedIn's data handling, revocation, and deletion obligations.
-
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or through notifications in the Services. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
